The GRR Bill is not and will not be Competent because it conflicts with the Equality Act 2010 as the EHRC has pointed out. This is being done so ScotGov can say to the TRAs "we tried" and "this is why we need Independence". Also so they can say the same to the odious Greens.
I'm not well versed in the law, and I know that our laws differ from those in USA but here we can be charged with Assaulting a PC or Obstructing a PC, so I have been surprised to see so many activists getting away with violent and aggressive behaviour at KJK's events. I know that that we have the right to protest at the moment but surely this crosses a boundary? These women and the wider public are being put in danger, yet the police usually just practice containment. At least there were some arrests in New York.
