-For Women Scotland's SECOND judicial review on precisely the same subject they already won on in April but the first minister seems to treat court rulings like suggestions

The GRR Bill is not and will not be Competent because it conflicts with the Equality Act 2010 as the EHRC has pointed out. This is being done so ScotGov can say to the TRAs "we tried" and "this is why we need Independence". Also so they can say the same to the odious Greens.
