This happened in a case not far from me. Carlos Delacruz I think the woman called herself. Women were lied to, had intimate injuries and she was even berating one for not getting pregnant. I hate to think of the psychological damage done to these women and in future this could be legal!?! Appalling

The thought and care that went into GMN's response is apparent. Hopefully the CPS takes it on board.

The whole notion of rape law being "offender-centric" is deeply disturbing if not surprising--rape prosecutions have been abysmal for decades. But the fact that trans ideology now seems to have cleared the way for predators to act with impunity with the full force of the law behind them is a new low.

Dennis, I have an idea for Queens' Speech that you and Clive may like. The Queens' Speech Awards (2022). It could be a fun way for you to provide an overview of the big GC moments of the year (and be the last episode of the year). You could have categories like GC Court Case Of The Year! Discussion of the nominees would be a greater reminder etc., and subscribers could even vote by way of polls on the YouTube channel. I think the award should be a special Queens' Speech badge ha.

"INFORMED CONSENT" is a bedrock concept in ethics. Not just sex. For scientific research also. For example a researcher takes blood samples in researching some health issue, latter they CAN NOT then do genetic analysis with the blood, unless the original person consented to it also before the sample was taken. Hopefully you did mention "informed consent." You can't say, well I have all these samples what else can I do? The concept of "informed consent" rejects the lies of omission that trans like to use.

We didn't because our domestic law of consent doesn't have that term - the definition of consent is now contained in s.74 of the SOA 2003

I don't know UK legal systems. I think you might use it in discussions with the public. It is already widely understood as a concept in the English speaking press. I see "Nature" magazine uses it and discusses it and has for some time. They are THE most prestigious science publication in the world and based in the UK. I think there is an opportunity to use this concept for our issues. But again, I don't know how the UK legal systems work. It is good work you are doing.
