Mmmmm, such delicious reading, such scrumptious prose. I felt as though I were savouring my favourite treat. You are a brilliant wordsmith, Dennis, and a razor-sharp thinker. I share your character trait of lacking the capacity for forgiveness when such heinous crimes have been perpetrated against children. I can't, I won't forgive. It's been in plain sight for a long time. I have no children, I am not in employment where I have to watch my mouth around the Borg, I have no need of women's safe spaces and refuges, my life doesn't touch these issues in any practical way, yet even I immediately recognised this destructive ideology and where it was leading the instant I became aware of it. There was no peaking for me. So why, oh why, do so many people so much more intelligent than me, so much better informed than me, why do they feed the monster with the lives of children and why do they keep bowing at the altar and brining gifts? Nothing has ever beggared my belief more than this heinous, wanton destruction.

I was brought up in Academia and my father had a PhD from Harvard. I can confidently tell you that "intelligence" and common sense have nothing in common. My husband was almost completely uneducated and got his GED in prison (!) but he had a rational mind and a good grasp of reality. My dad, on the other hand, was arrogant, emotional and dogmatic--much like the people you describe above.

It's true about common sense and intellegence not being the same necessarily. I, too, was brought up in an academic home, my father was a university professor, and I must say that both intelligence and common sense were in abundance in our home, which is probably why I am so baffled by the so-called 'intellectual elites' who seem to be leading the assault on sense and reason in our society today.

It all boils down to money. Kids are a cash cow. Instead of wanting Calvin Klein jeans they want cross sex hormones and pronouns. They have been groom to believe the lie! My daughter is 15 and has been captured by this monster for 2 years now. I don't affirm her but, her friends do. Her school does. The house is on fire and I want to watch the gender borg burn burn burn!!!!

While the schadenfreude is delightful I, like you am not minded to forgive. I want to see those hard of thinking, virtue signalling, bandwagon jumping lemmings punished. I'd like their reputations, careers, relationships & finances destroyed as they have done to so many good people who tried to tell them where the cliff edge was. But fk em - hope it's a long drop.

> Gender will collapse in three staged. The flight of the cowards. The howls of the zealots. The prosecution of the monsters.

I wish I were as optimistic as you. I get the sense that it's only going to get worse.

I fear you're right. The 'hate' slur mud that is thrown at us for speaking out sticks. I couldn't care less, but many will. The public at large are not interested with what's happening regarding Gender Ideology in such uncertain and worrying economic times.

A powerful piece of writing, whilst I'm throughly enjoying the result of Mermaids massive act of self harm I think/worry that CC will only order them to improve their due diligence .

On the other hand I believe that there's much more horrors to come from Mermaids (particulary the helpline) . This will need a criminal investigation into the whole sorry org and their celeb supporters .

I won't be truly satisfied until cell doors close on them . IDGAF re forgiveness .

Loved this. What has amazed me is people's willingness to get behind a cause they don't fully understand.

I'm so tired of the gaslighting and abuse of this movement. Let's stop hurting women and children. That must come first.

A conversation about rights for decent transsexuals? Sure! This was never off the table.

What civil rights movement shuts down debate? What civil rights movement alienates the very group it needs to cooperate with, i.e. women? What civil rights movement hurts children?

Hint: it's not one, it's pure corporatism and corruption.

Powerful and scathing commentary. I cannot wait to watch the whole evil ideology painfully collapse.

Another inappropriate military metaphor, here. Rhetorical golden bridges are less useful than real ones. This is not the Kerch Strait bridge, these are not Russians, and "you should apologize for the harm you have done" is not predicate to blowing up the Chunnel if you don't.

I thank you Dennis. I cry every time I read your passionate writing. This mom thanks you. I have matches I am ready to burn this thing to the ground! Here in America it is a nightmare. They affirm my daughter behind my back at school. Her friends affirm her. I hope and pray everyday she will wake up.
