As the monstrous scandal at Mermaids is now too obvious to ignore it's time for a full statutory inquiry by the Charity Commission and serious questions for this safeguarding disaster of an outfit

The ghouls and fools of gender seem quiet today now there’s blood in the water - out there in the darker depths where one finds monsters. The many fanged grasping mermaid may have been unwittingly dragged to the surface, but don’t think this siren is any less dangerous than it always has been. Reports across social media will tell you that this is a creature with no soul or insight – today James Esses reported on a podcast wherein children are (as usual) presented with medicalisation and a trans identity as a panacea, one not to be question and to be secured behind the backs of parents if necessary. There will be no organisational learning here for that requires insight and acknowledgment that something’s gone wrong – but this is a monster which cannot learn – like the scorpion on the back of the fox it will sting even mid-way across a river because, as it whispered before it and fox drowned “that is in my nature”.

This terror from the deeps has always enjoyed formidable protection and it must be a strange day at Mermaids to see so few of the cowards and henchmen it normally counts upon leaping to its defence. A bitter lesson from gender perhaps, should you build your sway with fear and cowardice don’t be at all surprised that the cowards run in fear when your day comes. A scandal is emerging of such obvious seriousness even the moral vacuum that is Pink News was forced to condemn it, a delicious irony given the day before they were lamenting how negative news stories were damaging the charity and “trans kids”. Seems these negative stories were an evil right wing media plot until such point as Pink News were forced to concede they weren’t. How foolish they look now. How unequal to the task of pronouncing on gay rights or protecting young gay people from the fangs of gender.

Hiding behind and using children manipulatively in this fashion is - of course - very much the espirit de cour of gender, whether here in deliberately misconstruing organisational criticism as criticism of actual children or back in 2019 when Dr. Bell criticised them for misusing false suicide statistics. Just as children have been used as validation objects for those who would never have surgery. Just as children have been used as a tactical wedge in the creation of this seasons must-have, the mythical and fashionable “trans kid”. Gender is the engine and children have been flung into its gears with abandon for years now. Whether that was at the GIDS service at the Tavistock where ideological malpractice, links with “Gender GP” or simply ignoring homophobia as a safeguarding concern leading to Dr. Cass to effectively close the entire service it on the basis it was “not safe”. If gender was the economy of this vile ideology then children were the currency.

This mermaid has less gold in its pockets and cuts a lonelier figure now with its corporate friends creeping back into the shadows, we did tell them it was a monster while their supporters called us bigots and terfs, but they ignored that for a fad, for popularity, for fashion. Well, fashions change, seems this one might decisively so. This mermaid is now being looked at by the Charity Commission, up till now a compliance regulation exchange of letters with the trustees was proposed – now a trustee has been revealed to be at the very least a serious threat to shoes that might not be a tenable or credible course capable of commanding public confidence.

Strategists on our side often speak of Sun Tzu’s “golden bridge” in the hope that gender deranged borg drones might one day be terrified back into civility. That day has come. They are now terrified, their silence on social media speaks more eloquently than any of their silly pronouncements about little children having gender souls ever did. Perhaps there is a bridge to be had, perhaps there will be some expedient apologia plausible enough for the well intentioned, the good hearted, those minded to forgive.

That is not in my nature and I ask people to reflect on the magnitude of what we are witnessing here. Society has been under a wicked spell for years. Mediocre little bureaucrats who organise genders and sexuality into 100 boring flags and identities pursued a campaign to allocate children to such categories and were prepared to countenance surgical correction if the child didn’t fit. These were in the main gay children, autistic children, children leaving or in care. Above all they were children.

I can find no excuse or accommodation with those who cheered this on. This is the single most obvious medical scandal in human history. An open air live experiment where the gender brog were contemporaneously told in detail exactly what was wrong. These serious and heartfelt objections were met with the tactics of the Stasi or Gestapo. By cancellations. By character assassinations. Dr. David Bell. Sonia Appleby. Transgender trend. The LGB Alliance. All castigated, marginalised, forced to court by a vicious monster which believed itself to be beyond and above question or scrutiny.

Terrible when dear friends find it politically expedient to fall out as a matter of public performance

This should have all ended when homophobia was raised as a safeguarding concern. It should have ended when Mermaids were tweeting out (without sanction) tips on breast binding. It should have ended with Kiera Bell and the divisional court. It should have ended with the first detransitioners raising the alarm or the first child chemically mutilated and atrophied by puberty blockers.

We had no necessity for a generation butchered and poisoned in this fashion. There was never a justification for it and those who have supported or been complicit in this have been complicit in a crime against humanity.

Gender will collapse in three stages. The flight of the cowards. The howls of the zealots. The prosecution of the monsters.
