I've gone from 27 mid-level acceptances over 8 months to nada, zilch, nuttin'... and quick turnarounds of a day or two... ?
But, that's my problem. Just sharing. This stuff is toxic, but then popular nonsense always is, and has been my whole life and I'm 69. And there's been lots of it. And it always ends in believers and heretics--- but this time it has the NYTs and the Washington Post and near all the giant news Corporations fully behind it for tech-historical reasons, and of course, for neolib reasons-$$$$ as well--- both of which ARE new-ish.
Sincere thanks again for the good, grounded sense, D. N. K. It's a relief to encounter it.
The people who defend Judith Butler and say the blame only lies with Focault and Money are dishonest and unwilling to deal with the underlyjng issues that got us here.

Yes we can usually work it out but I guess I think the creator should do the work not us!! I suspect a lot of folks dictate and let IT do the work am afraid I’m very old-fashioned!!

typo: should be “sows”, (as in planting seeds), not “sews” as in stitching something together.
