Re: the "Black Pampers". Are they not contravening the 1936 Public Order Act with their para military uniform - black trousers, hoodies, baseball caps, masks? Also why is it that Marion Miller was arrested and charged under the Malicious Communictaions Act for retweeting a picture of a Suffragette ribbon - but no one has been arrested by threatening women and posing with guillotine signs, guns etc?
