What a brilliant discussion, thanks for that Dennis. Lots to be appalled and dismayed by, with some encouraging stuff too. But the last portion about the CPS and sex by deception, was just mind bending. The opportunities for abuse and injustice potentially occurring here is massive. What the hell is wrong with these people?

Every individual, organisation and institution needs to stop inhaling the toxins being released by gender identity ideology, stand still for a moment, and start breathing in some bloody sanity restoring oxygen.

Another excellent discussion. Important topics, all. Keep speaking out and thinking for yourselves! I shared the CPS consultation link and hopefully more people will continue to speak out.

It's a hate crime to not sleep with 'trans' people anyway. 😄

Just watched Glinner if those allegations are true more than issue about child sexual abuse, denial of any rights of the child. A shoe is an object, not a human animal, thus first cruelty to a human animal case wouldn't have been valid. That has is the beginning of child protection. https://www.nytimes.com/2009/12/15/health/15abus.html

Good episode. Would like to hear Some talk about THT and their obsession with POC and Trans issues and how this, as well as chasing celebrity support from ill-considered individuals (ie Gareth Thomas who was gay for a couple years and had no life experience of growing up gay and clearly has a weird style in his interview podcast which involved claiming every struggle for himself and talking about his ex-partners miscarriages). Additionally the proposal for a new medical director whos business included gender surgery (which has since evaporated from being publicly stated as if she wasnt even confirmed for the role), underline how ‘jobbing’ charity sector workers have been so captured, and really rather like the badge and compliments of working for a charity with low expectations, to the point that nullification can be a prerequisite to the work they do with gay and straight people with HIV. Now the penny has started to drop to the point they are now pre-emptively doing ‘clean up’ after many complaints (including mine). The website has now been clearly cut up and trustee details (apart from the few main ones) have been edited or removed completely. Years of looking for support from THT has resulting in no help for many, though in the pandemic the only ‘gift’ of support financially went to THT to support phonecalls for the mentally unwell... no shielding, no standard income support.. just an employment shout out for phonecall agony aunts while people like me were told by out outpatient care that we were lucky cuase we were being considered for a redlight on a traffic light system that would place us alongside the 80+ yo’s who may not qualify for resuss, oxy and vent.. as though a victory had been won, rather than a revelation on how poor the NHS regarded its patients who live with HIV. On complaining to THT of their poor performance stating the above they stated “we arnt in the business of hiring ‘sexual perverts’” (which were not my words) though I had stated the clear combination (much like the new queer flag) of race issues for POC and Trans ID could be putting people at risk from that background. And why did they employ Gareth Thomas? Or the new female medical director … who has seemingly evaporated but may still be in line? And why has the chief exec resigned? Be great to see my maddening concerns put straight!

Cheers

Sam

On deception

They know that they are trans they know they are not the sex they are and are swapping genders only. A psychotic person (by comparison) wouldn't believe they were trans they would be completely convinced that they were a woman. So a trans person WOULD be deceiving someone in all circumstances if they lied and said that they were the opposite sex. People need to ask for sex and gender. and if they lie on sex then that is a gross deception

Maybe the CPS is just trying to avoid the embarrassment of prosecuting this type of offence. If like the police and other organisations they have embraced gender ideology, it will be very difficult for them to effectively prosecute someone for this type of deception. In addition, if things continue as they are (God forbid) is there a realistic prospect of conviction? On a slightly more positive note, thanks to Forstater, maybe CPS staff and others in the criminal justice system who have not already been peaked will be now. When will this nightmarish bubble burst? Thanks for the detailed analysis. Really good again.
