I think Pride, being international, is able to support different themes. In England, Surry Pride is distinctly in support of all things 'trans' with an increasing emphasis on trans-racialism. I guess being the very centre of white middle-class obsessions, Surry Pride would adopt trans-racialism remarkably easily. So perhaps Surrey Pride could be renamed 'Trans-racial Pride'?
Stoke-on-Trent Pride, by contrast, which I attended last year and this June, are definitely the most gay-friendly, least homophobic of Pride events. No renaming is necessary for this one.
Manchester Pride by contrast, which I was on the periphery of last year and didn't attend at all this year, is absolutely 'Westoboro' Baptist Church Pride' and will likely never be able to shake-off that moniker. It's organisers worked hard to gain that name and its unlikely they will relinquish it now.
Cardiff Pride (Pride Cymru) is of course now and forever more 'Lesbophobic Pride', likewise it's staff worked hard to gain its new name, even liaising with local Police.
There is of course scope for further Pride themes. We can look forward to 'KKK Pride', 'Neo-Nazi Pride' (Manchester already competing for this, despite securing 'Westoboro' Baptist Church Pride'). Pride in London is competing for the seemingly highly-sought 'Homophobic Pride' badge, but is already up against fierce co-contenders. Bristol Pride is vying for 'Witchfinder Pride' with the firm support of Bristol University. Pride Edinburgh is hell-bent on winning 'Misogynistic Pride'.
I imagine a rich future for Pride events, each tailored to an individual theme. This year and last, many Pride's went out-of-their-way to provide a distinct focus.
Rather than “TRA,” what do you think of Trans Woman Activist Termagant as a counterpart to TERF?
I coined WETFART - Woman-Envying Transvestite Fetishists Against Reality and Truth
Alas, it didn't catch on

I heard AGPTQ+ Community which I do like. 😂
Dennis, do you know if Tribunal Tweets will be covering the LGB Alliance Charitable Status attack?
I believe that to be an open question just at the moment
I really hope they do - please encourage them!
Tribunal will be live tweeted and online
