I've found adding "and what do think your commanding officer will make of this matter?" to the end of such questions effective even on the most talented members of Brenda's finest.
When the Police don’t even know what the law is, but will happily police our speech anyway. Why does everything to do with this ideology always involve threats - that should be a red flag in and of itself. Thank you for the excellent points made concerning the ACTUAL law, as opposed to what I can only describe as Police ideological capture & dogma.
I really wish someone was on this beat in Australia. From what I can find, we're at least as far down the legal track as Canada - if not further, but it's all been done in complete stealth. Part of the reason Katherine Deeves could be so pilloried is because it seemed like she was talking about something not happening here. Our 'she'll be right' national culture is going to be our undoing on this particular issue.
Who is the PCC for that force? They have a controlling role, maybe you could send them a copy of your letter which is exposing illegal impartiality in the Essex police.
Not being British myself, I still find your list of questions excellent source material for consideration of situations here (in the US). It seems so hypocritical to me that they show a photo standing by a flag which includes the original rainbow flag, which would indicate respect for LGB rights, but then they'd bow to the slightest hint of "hate speech" from an L, G, or B person who doesn't kowtow to TQ ideology. Not just hypocritical but cruel and disgusting if put in practice.
"Reported by you, to you" ... brilliant.

Thank you 👏👏👏👏👏
Dennis please start a crowd funder for something, whatever you choose to take on will be worth it.
Hope Clive is making a video on this. 😄
Nothing dystopian to see here, move along gendercitizens
Is it time for a judicial review of these dystopian views by the public servants we pay to serve us?

Excellent Dennis , some very useful points here legal and otherwise as well as a good read .
Notice how when the wonderful LGB Alliance was set up, it was the T that screamed bloody murder - why no outcry from (or for) the QIA+...
