Thank you Allison Bailey
A personal thank you from me, and I know I speak for the many, many gay men who admire, support, adore and respect you
In due course I’ll be linking to a deep-dive episode of Queen’s Speech on the Bailey judgment and drafting my own substack here looking at the law and how Allison’s case played out. For now I just want to say a thank you to a truly magnificent warrior of a woman who challenged the very source of gender extremism and who stood strong and tall when it was very difficult to do so.
Allison is a titan of gay rights and her victory today is seismic. Stonewall may have scurried away but Garden Court are left with aggravated damaged for upholding a complaint made by SW - better evidence you could not ask for to prove their deeply sinister workplace schemes are a Devil’s bargain likely only to get any employer before the courts.
We all owe this woman a huge debt of gratitude for her courage, stamina and sheer guts, so thank you Allison.
I'm so glad that I gave to her cause. It's our responsibility to help the ones who are taking action.
Congrats to Allison!
