PCS has today emailed members confirming that after having sought legal advice post the Forstater judgement, "PCS members holding gender-critical views may be protected under s. 10 of the EA and members holding such beliefs should be allowed to express them in a reasonable and non-discriminatory fashion."
We keep getting "encouraged" to put pronouns in our email signature but it's always made clear it's not compulsory. Thank God for Maya.
